Scent Culture offers perfume decants, which are fragrances transferred from original retail bottles into smaller containers for sampling or personal use.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand. All trademarks, brand names and product names belong to their respective owners.
While we strive to display product information accurately, actual colors, packaging and presentation may vary due to device settings or batch differences.
Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that a scent will meet individual expectations.
Product availability, descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Replacement Policy [LINK].
Products sold through Scent Culture are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all orders and is non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total order amount including shipping fees and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner operations and external factors beyond our control.
A standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies to every order and is non-refundable.
If a shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, incorrect address, customer unavailability, missed delivery attempts or Return to Origin (RTO), shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional fees may apply for re-dispatch.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics and design elements, is the property of Scent Culture and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Shopify is not responsible for products, orders or customer service related to purchases from this website.
