Shipping & Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Scent Culture. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.


Order Cut-Off Time

  • The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (IST)
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday, weekends, or public holidays will be processed from the next working day (typically Monday)

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders require 1–2 working days for verification, quality checks, and secure packaging before dispatch
  • Processing times may vary during peak periods, sales, or unforeseen operational delays

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable to all orders
  • In the event of Return to Origin (RTO) for prepaid orders, a total charge of ₹200 (forward shipping + return charges) will be non-refundable under all circumstances

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, deliveries typically arrive within 4–8 business days
  • Delivery timelines depend on location, courier partner serviceability, and external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed
  • Cancellation requests made after order confirmation will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information before completing checkout

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued only in rare and justified situations, subject to approval by Scent Culture
  • If approved, the refundable amount will be the order value after deducting ₹200 shipping and handling charges
  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable

Return to Origin (RTO) / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Failure to respond to courier attempts
  • Any situation resulting in Return to Origin (RTO)

Then:

  • The ₹200 shipping and logistics charges will not be refunded
  • Additional charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch of the order

By placing an order with Scent Culture, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Our no-cancellation policy after payment confirmation
  • Non-refundable shipping and logistics charges
  • Responsibility for providing accurate delivery details
  • Non-refund of shipping fees in cases of RTO, non-acceptance, or failed delivery attempts
