Refund & Replacement Policy

At Scent Culture, we deal in fragrance products that fall under personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items. For this reason, all sales are considered final once the order has been delivered, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Replacement Review
To qualify for a replacement assessment:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- A clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel is mandatory for any damage or leakage claim
Requests without proper evidence may not be processed.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
If your request is approved for inspection, you may be asked to ship the product to our facility in India. Detailed instructions will be provided via email. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. In case of any defect, leakage, damage, or wrong item:
- Notify us as soon as possible
- Provide clear photo/video proof
- Submit the mandatory unboxing video
All claims are reviewed individually, and decisions are made at the discretion of Scent Culture.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fragrance
- Incorrect selection made by the customer
- Personal scent preference
- Performance concerns (longevity/projection vary by individual)
These factors are subjective and do not qualify as product defects.
Shipping charges of ₹100 are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Returns will also not be accepted if the shipment is returned due to:
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Return to Origin (RTO)
In such cases, reshipping may require additional charges.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not provide direct exchanges.
If a replacement is approved due to damage, leakage, or fulfillment error on our part, we will arrange the replacement accordingly. For all other cases, a new order must be placed.
European Union — 14-Day Cancellation Right
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Shipping charges of ₹100 remain non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are granted only in rare and justified situations.
Once your claim is evaluated, you will be informed whether it has been approved or declined.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Shipping charges (₹100) will be deducted
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
